Everyone does it, so I figured I would jump on the bandwagon and play along. People do all these things like "What am I thankful for?" and the like. I'm going to do a two-part post like this. What I am not thankful for and what I am thankful for. I figured it's a good way to get started. It may sound negative, but that's how my mind works these days.
What I am not thankful for:
- Having to go to court. Ever.
- Still not being able to run because I sprained my ankle twice--once in June and again in September when I had just started walking a little again.
- Weight gain after being unable to run.
- Inability to control myself when it comes to food. I'm considering going to an over-eaters anonymous meeting.
- Being tired all the time, no matter how much I sleep.
- Being too shy to talk to people I find interesting in person. I only have courage through text (online, text messaging, etc.)
- The pain from physical therapy for my ankle.
- Not having health insurance and how hard that makes everything.
- Poor budgeting skills.
- My clumsiness.
- Writer's block.
- Body issues.
- Feeling uncreative.
- Loneliness from time to time.
